Reading:

Comprehension skill:  Inner Voice, Monitoring Comprehension

Phonics:  Common vowel pairs: ai, ay (long a) and ee, ea (long e)

Vocabulary Strategy:  Antonyms (words that have the opposite meaning) 

Language: Compound Sentences: These are sentences that have 2 subjects and 2 predicates joined by the conjunction "and", "or", "so", or "but".

Spelling: lay, tea, real, treat, trail, afraid, sweet, leave, today, bait, dream, screen, seem, speed, paint, please. Challenge words: yesterday, explain.  

Math: Multiplication:3s, 4s, 6s, 7s, 8s.  Topic 5 test Tuesday.

Science: Space

Monday: read/reading log, multiplication fact practice, math textbook pg. 134/135
Tuesday: read/reading log, multiplication fact practice
Wednesday: read/reading log, multiplication fact practice
Thursday: read/reading log, multiplication fact practice
