Phonics: VC-e pattern
Spelling: Words:spoke, mile, save, excuse, cone invite, cube, price, erase, ripe, broke, flame, life, rule, these, those. Challenge: surprise and decide.  TEST FRIDAY
Language: 4 Types of Sentences: Declarative:Statement, Imperative:Command, Exclamatory:Exclamation, Interrogative:Question TEST FRIDAY
Math: Multiplication Facts - 2s, 5s, 10s, 9s, 0s, and 1s
Science: Space


Homework: 

Math: Students will begin multiplication fact quizzes starting with their 2s fact on Wednesday night. More information on quizzes to come via email.


Reading: Complete the Reading Log and 20 minutes nightly.  They do not have to complete the summary/reflection section this first week. The log will be turned in daily in their blue folders.  Students not completing the nightly reading will receive a strike and stay in during recess to complete their required reading.
