ELA: asking/answering questions, determining the main idea, analyzing words/illustrations, writing information, reading with fluency

ELA HOMEWORK: Students should be reading 20 minutes and working on meeting their AR goal. Students also have fluency this week (HANDOUT 10A).  It's due Friday. This week's is a 3 night routine instead of 4.

Also there will be a vocabulary quiz Friday.  The study guide (HANDOUT 11A) in blue folders.
MATH: Unit 2: Multiplication
MATH HOMEWORK: Week 4/Days 1-4 due Friday. You can review the Day 5 assessment on the back, however it's not necessary to complete for homework.  They will receive a new copy of Day 5 as an assessment to complete on their own. If your child needs some "pre-teaching" then this is a great opportunity for you to provide additional support. Also check your child's questions nightly and help them with any misunderstandings they may have.

Social Studies: Compass Rose/Cardinal and Intermediate Directions.  Labeling quiz Friday.
