Language: Adverbs That Compare Test Friday
Comparative Adverbs: When comparing two actions we usually add an -er to adverbs.  EXAMPLE: She climbed higher than he did.When comparing two actions and the adverb ends in -ly, use the word more in front of the adverb rather than adding -er.  EXAMPLE:  She worked more quietly than he did.
Superlative Adverbs:When comparing more than two actions, we usually add -est to adverbs. EXAMPLE:  She climbed the highest of all of the kids.When comparing more than two actions, and the adverb ends in -ly, use most in front of the adverb rather than adding -est.  EXAMPLE:  She worked most quietly of all the students
 
Spelling: coming, dropping, taping, saving, planned, joking, gripped, making, swimming, tapping, invited, stared, changing, loved, tasted, stopped CHALLENGE: freezing, scared Test Friday
