Reading Story : My Rows and Piles of Coins  (Test Friday)

Language : Compound Sentences (Test Friday) Using a comma and a conjunction (and, but, or) to combine simple sentences.

Spelling : (Test Friday)  The spelling words are: proud, shower, hour, amount, voyage, choice, avoid, thousand, prowl, employ, bounce, poison, annoy, appoint, and broil.  The challenge words are:  however, mountain, coward, turmoil, and chowder. 


Math : Topic 2: Adding three-digit numbers


Social Studies: Economics: Import/Export, Supply/Demand, and Barter
